What we are not. FairTotalLoss is a self-help information tool. We are not a public adjuster, appraiser, or law firm; we do not represent you, contact your insurer, or negotiate your claim, and we do not advise on insurance coverage. Our reports describe what your valuation report shows and questions you may choose to ask; they are not an appraisal and not a substitute for advice from a licensed public adjuster or attorney. Fixed price, unrelated to any settlement outcome.
No outcome promised. We do not promise any change to your settlement. Your insurer decides how to respond. The report reflects the document you uploaded and may contain reading errors — check every figure against your original report before relying on it.
Your letter. The draft letter is yours: you are responsible for its content and for deciding whether and how to send it.
Price and refunds. The full report is a one-time $79 purchase. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of purchase at support@fairtotalloss.com — no reason needed. Refunds are never tied to what happens with your claim.
Availability. The full report is offered only in the states listed on the availability page.
Liability. The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
